The Chicagoland Pops Orchestra was formed by Springbrook Community Church in 2009 with the goal presenting themed-concerts in an informal environment while presenting great music from the stage, screen and television as well as orchestral classics. Enthusiastic community involvement has drawn widespread interest in this dynamic musical organization, attracting area professionals and gifted instrumentalists. Film clips, guest appearances and the casual ambience of being able to sit back, relax and enjoy great music while snacking on popcorn breaks all the normal rules of etiquette that surround an event like a symphony concert. Through creativity and spontaneity, audience members are on the edge of their seats from beginning to end with non-stop thrills that are a trademark for the Chicagoland Pops. As an ambassador for the arts, the Chicagoland Pops Orchestra offers an incredible opportunity for family entertainment!
